Return

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact support@etwoodcrafts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print.

We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Exchange

Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items).

Please contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once the item is returned and inspected, a replacement will be sent.


Refund

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may apply for items that are returned used or not in their original condition.
